Welcome to The Pinnacle Performing Arts Academy. By enrolling in our courses, attending our events, or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully.
1. Enrollment and Admission
- Eligibility: Enrollment is open to individuals who meet the age and prerequisite requirements for the selected course or program.
- Application Process: Prospective students must complete and submit an online application form, providing accurate and complete information.
- Acceptance: Admission to The Pinnacle Performing Arts Academy is at the discretion of the Admissions Committee. We reserve the right to deny admission to any applicant.
- Enrollment Confirmation: Upon acceptance, students will receive an enrollment confirmation, which includes details about the course schedule, fees, and payment deadlines.
2. Payment and Fees
- Tuition Fees: Tuition fees are due as specified in the enrollment confirmation. Fees vary depending on the course or program.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and electronic bank transfer.
- Late Payment: Late payments may incur a late fee of $50. The Academy reserves the right to suspend a student's participation in classes until all outstanding fees are paid.
- Refund Policy:
- Full refunds are provided if a student withdraws from a course within 7 days of enrollment, provided that the course has not yet commenced.
- A 50% refund is provided if a student withdraws from a course after 7 days of enrollment but before the second class.
- No refunds are provided after the second class.
- Additional Fees: Students may be required to pay additional fees for materials, costumes, or performance tickets, as applicable.
3. Attendance and Conduct
- Attendance: Regular attendance is essential for success in our programs. Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes and rehearsals.
- Absences: If a student is unable to attend a class due to illness or other unavoidable circumstances, they must notify the Academy as soon as possible.
- Make-Up Classes: Make-up classes are not guaranteed, but may be arranged at the discretion of the instructor and depending on availability.
- Code of Conduct: Students are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner at all times. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in disciplinary action, including expulsion from the Academy.
- Dress Code: Students are required to adhere to the dress code specified for each class or program.
4. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All materials provided by The Pinnacle Performing Arts Academy, including course content, choreography, and musical compositions, are the intellectual property of the Academy or its licensors.
- Usage Restrictions: Students may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any Academy materials without prior written consent.
- Performance Rights: Performance rights for copyrighted works are subject to licensing agreements. Students must obtain the necessary permissions before performing any copyrighted material in public.
5. Liability and Insurance
- Personal Injury: The Pinnacle Performing Arts Academy is not liable for any personal injury sustained by students while participating in Academy activities, unless such injury is caused by the Academy's gross negligence.
- Property Damage: The Academy is not responsible for loss or damage to students' personal property.
- Insurance: Students are encouraged to maintain their own personal health and accident insurance.
6. Termination
- By the Academy: The Pinnacle Performing Arts Academy reserves the right to terminate a student's enrollment if the student violates these terms and conditions, engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior, or fails to meet the academic or performance standards of the program.
- By the Student: Students may terminate their enrollment by providing written notice to the Academy. Refunds will be subject to the Refund Policy outlined in Section 2.
7. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
8. Amendments
The Pinnacle Performing Arts Academy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued enrollment or use of our services constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Metropolitan. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Metropolitan City, Metropolitan State.
